Founded by Richard in 1995, we have spent more than 30 years helping customers find the right menswear for weddings, black tie events and life's other important occasions.

Today, Richard is joined by his son James, bringing a second generation of the family into Richard Paul Menswear. Alongside them is a small, long-standing team with decades of experience in menswear.

Richard founded the business in 1995. Harry & James represent the second generation, while Jason, Mark and Alan bring decades of dedicated menswear experience to the team.

Quality menswear can have many years of life ahead of it. Our changing collection includes pre-loved suits, jackets, trousers, waistcoats and accessories, alongside selected new menswear.

We dress customers for weddings, Royal Ascot, black tie dinners, cruises, Masonic events, proms, funerals and other formal occasions. Tell us where you are going and what you need, and we will help you find something appropriate that fits properly and feels comfortable.

Our showroom has an extensive selection of formalwear, including many suits and other items that are not available online. We have also provided formal suit hire from Stratford-upon-Avon for more than 20 years.

Every pre-loved garment that is worn again is one that does not need to be unnecessarily replaced or discarded. Each year, we donate thousands of pieces of clothing to Barnardo's, helping those garments continue their journey elsewhere.
